What we do

Creative Space

We have a makerspace at the heart of our organization, a facility that brings the
community together to create and Laser engraving collaborate and gives youth a shot at

success.

Direction For Youth

Every day our programming provides youth with the direction they need to become

adults successfully.

.

Community Connection

We pride ourselves on being a part of our community, and partner with other non-profits

and businesses to make the community better for everyone.

Life skills training

Teaching youth the skills they need.

Llife skills is a program from Arim Foundation that teaches soft skills to youth. Soft
skills are a set of personal attributes, abilities, and behaviours that are critical for
success. Employers value soft skills because they are transferable across different
industries and roles, and they can be a key differentiator in a competitive job
market. Developing and honing soft skills can help you advance in your career,
improve your job satisfaction, and be more successful in your personal life.

Features / 02

Homeschool STEAM is a program from Arim Foundation, giving local homeschooled youth access to
STEM and trade skills.
In our classes, students will have first-hand access to emerging technologies such as 3D printers, laser
engravers, and robots, as well as traditional “shop class” trades such as woodworking and welding.
Classes at Arim Foundation are kept small – with six or fewer students per class – to ensure that every
learner can have individualized attention that will best benefit them. Classes meet once per week over
six weeks. Each class lasts about 50 minutes.
